This session will present data you can use to better know where to play and how to win in your markets.

Speaker Bio:

Steven Silverman, Green Grid Analytics and Strategy Group LLC

Steven Silverman is the founder and a Managing Member of Green Grid Analytics and Strategy Group LLC. Green Grid ASG helps businesses to serve their most eager and desirable customers better by providing an ongoing and deep understanding of what people value, believe, and do. We work with organizations to take market knowledge and act on it. Simply put, “We incite insight.”

Prior to forming Green Grid ASG, Steven worked at Microsoft in product management and market research. He has held positions at DuPont and Monitor Company, and was an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the School of Business at Washington State University in Pullman, WA. His experience crosses a range of industries including software, chemical fibers, integrated circuits, tobacco, pet food, life and health insurance, financial services, automobiles, and entertainment.

Steven has a Ph.D. in marketing from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MBA in marketing and a BA in psychology and communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He lives in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in Snoqualmie, WA with his family, two dogs, one cat and a one-eyed gecko.
