Update of the Built Green Multi-family Checklist

Built Green is now in the process of launching a new and improved Multi-Family Certification checklist designed specifically for large-scale multi-family development. The new checklist will add 4-Star and 5-Star certification levels, better reflect today's green building market, and incorporate lessons learned over the past five years with the current checklist. This session will discuss changes and additions to the checklist as well as provide critical information to anyone involved with or planning to certify a multi-family or mixed-use project.
