Presented by: Graham Black, Owner, gProjects LLC
Session Description:
Sustainability is more than onsite energy production, salvaged local materials and reduced construction waste. For us, it includes building social connectivity into our projects, allowing community ripple into our neighborhoods, our city and our world. gProjects considers this its highest priority, while creating 4 and 5-Star Built Green projects that pencil out economically, socially and environmentally. Come learn more about community building, as Graham Black walks you through their projects and how he has been able to build successful, high-level green homes, that focus on fostering a sense of community and connectivity.
